Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days after your order has been delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item and your order number so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Used, worn, damaged, or incomplete items

• Items without their original packaging or tags

• Sale items and gift cards

• Perishable, personal-care, hazardous, flammable, or otherwise non-returnable products

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item is defective, damaged, or was sent incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing your request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after your refund has been approved, please contact us at devinhuangjie@gmail.com.

EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days as provided by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

In addition to these statutory rights, our store offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Therefore, eligible EU customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions of this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
